I love the suggestion of saying, useless, whenever a negative thought comes knocking…strange how they team up (negative thoughts) seemingly when I’m on a roll and practicing everthing from The Secret, to The Master Key System…as soon as I said it the first time, just @#$#%^& felt better, immediately, …amazing how the simplest action, sometimes creates the most effective response… thanks man, I am looking forward too slaying some mental dragons with this technique…Godbless

i am at a real crossroads in my life and I need these tips now more than ever. It is my thoughts and “mis” wired belief system that needs so much work before I can even think about setting goals.
